Some time ago, I posted a truly amazing recipe for Cherry Espresso Balsamic Brownie Bites.
They were unbelievably fantastic.
Love at first bite.
I share this recipe with you once more, simply because…
Super chocolatey. Super espresso-ey. Intense on the cherry and balsamic.
You and your lover can’t go wrong…even if that lover happens to be a giant glass of red wine and a cozy costume of p.j.’s on the couch.
Happy “love yourself” day.
Chocolate Cherry Balsamic Espresso Brownies
1 1/4 cup raw pecans
3 oz. 55-70% exquisite caliber dark chocolate bar, broken into pieces
1 oz. strongly brewed espresso
1 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp. vanilla salt
3/4 cup dried cherries, divided in half
Combine all ingredients, reserving half of the dried cherries, in the bowl of a food processor. Process until relatively smooth. Stir in the remaining dried cherries. Press into a small, plastic wrap or parchment lined baking dish. Chill until set. Easily remove the plastic wrap or parchment from the glass dish, lifting out the brownies, and cut into brownie bites ~ BIG brownie bites! 🙂
