These easy cookies, filled with vanilla bean white chocolate pudding and dark chocolate chunks are chewy, soft, fluffy, and utterly delicious.
I struggled with the name – Vanilla Bean White Chocolate Pudding Cookies with Dark Chocolate Chunks – that’s a mouthful.
I settled upon Black & White – which is a little misleading.
But, in this case it doesn’t matter at all.
The only important things are:
– the cookies are incredibly soft and delicious
– the cookies contain vanilla bean white chocolate pudding AND dark chocolate chunks AND you must use Godiva instant pudding mix
– these cookies: you’ll LOVE them!
