Chocolate Hazelnut Graham No Bake Cake
8 Tbs. butter, room temperature (1/2 cup – 1 stick)
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups chocolate hazelnut spread (Nutella)
1 sleeve graham crackers, processed into a fine crumb
1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup hazelnuts, chopped and toasted
Cream together the butters until nice and smooth. Mix in the graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar until thick and smooth, well combined.
Line a 9″ cake pan with parchment paper and transfer the dough to the prepared pan. Push the dough in evenly, smoothing with a spatula and pressing down with another pan, so that all surfaces are smooth.
Chill for several hours.
Remove from the fridge, top with toasted hazelnuts, and slice to serve.
