2 large avocados, mashed
3/4 cup Wildbrine Jalapeño Lime Sauerkraut
1 Tbs. spicy red pepper salsa
coarse sea salt
fresh cilantro and fresh basil, chopped
toasted coconut flakes
fresh, homemade sourdough bread and/or small tortillas
cotija cheese
Smash together the avocado, kraut, and salsa in a medium bowl.
Season with coarse salt, if desired.
Slather the mixture over homemade bread or fresh tortillas.
Top with toasted coconut flakes and/or crumbled cotija cheese.
