I enjoyed the most spectacular meal with an astonishing and special woman very recently.  The food was delicious, of course; a nourishing feast to which I very surprisingly played no part in the preparation.
The flavors were immense, eye opening, and new ~ yet the experience became most real and so alive to me in both the conversation and the intense presence of being that we shared.

We noshed with vigor, but pleased our bodies, souls, and spirits with an exquisite sense of mindfulness.

This intense yet so serene awareness of the situation, the company, and the sustenance created the encounter with Marvelous Merrymaking.
