Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough No-Churn Ice Cream
3 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
1 1/2 cups chocolate chip cookie dough peanut butter (yes, it’s a thing)
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Using a stand mixer, beat together the cold cream and peanut butter until very stiff. Add the powdered sugar and beat again for about 3 minutes.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Transfer to a freezer safe container and freeze for several hours before scooping to serve.
