I simply cannot get enough of pumpkin in my life. The sweet and savory squash seems to pair well with just about everything.
Being that I’ve never jumped aboard the Starbucks bandwagon, nor do I plan to take that route, I have yet to partake in the famed Pumpkin Spice Latte, over which the majority of the American population seems to drool.
The sounds awfully enticing, though, and rather appealing.
With my own prestidigitation and culinary cadabra, I had no problem creating a Pumpkin Spice Latte, using my own favorite flavor elements, for enjoyment at home without a trip to the corner coffee shop.

1 Tbs. canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
