Recently I’ve been thinking about preferences and popularity.
Raw foods. Paleo foods. Fermented foods. Desserts. Brownies. Sauerkraut.
Not for myself ~ don’t get me wrong, I liked to be liked just as much as the next gal ~ but in terms of food.
What do people most prefer? What types of foods are the most popular across the country, and even the world? What is is that people are searching for and seeking for their kitchen creations and for their tummies?
Well, the answer, it seems, is no “secret.” In fact, it’s quite clear.
Of all my blog posts in the last three years, my stats show that every single day, my most popular recipe is: Raw Sauerkraut Brownies.
That’s right! Every single day.
Phenomenal.
Thus, I decided to re-visit the recipe. Repost. And share again.
The secret ingredient is…
~ sauerkraut ~
The Secret…Raw Sauerkraut Brownies
1 c. raw almonds
1/2 c. raw cashews
1 1/2 c. pitted dates
1/4 c. raw sauerkraut
4-5 Tbs. cocoa powder
1 Tbs. cashew butter
1 Tbs. raw honey
Combine all ingredients in the food processor. Whir until somewhat smooth. Press into 8×8″ glass baking dish. Chill until ready to serve.
