This time, the cookie goodness includes sea salt caramel walnut butter, and both white chocolate and milk chocolate chips!
Salted Caramel Walnut Double Chocolate Cookies
Salted Caramel Walnut Double Chocolate Cookies
1 cup Salted Caramel Walnut Butter
8 Tbs. butter, room temperature (1 stick)
3 large eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. sea salt
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Cream together the walnut butter, butter, eggs, and sugar, until light and fluffy. Add the baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, and salt, and beat well.
Mix in the flour until well combined and then fold in the chocolate.
Chill the dough for 10 minutes.
Line baking sheets with parchment paper and scoop 1″ balls on to the pans to bake, for 15 minutes, or so, until golden brown and fragrant.
Remove from the oven and cool for 10-15 minutes before devouring!
