Salted Pretzel Peanut Butter Cookies
1 ½ cups salted pretzel peanut butter
½ cup butter or shortening, room temperature
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. sea salt
3 large eggs
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ cup dry roasted, salted peanuts
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream together the peanut butter, butter, and sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs and mix until smooth.
Stir in the baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, and salt.
Add the flour, ½ cup at a time, and mix well.
Fold in the peanuts.
Form into golf-ball-sized mounds and flatten.
Bake for 20-22 minutes, until golden brown.
