I was recently introduced to the Hurricane Cocktail! Lots and lots and lots and lots of rum! And, a little passion fruit juice.
I was also gifted a bounty of Melinda’s Hot Sauce. So, I figured, why not play around a little with my mixology and cocktail game? A spicy drink, with rum, and a hint of the tropics. This all equates to a Spicy Typhoon.

Spicy Typhoon Cocktail

6 oz. mango nectar
2 oz. white rum
1 squeeze of lime
4 drops of Melinda’s Mango Habanero Pepper Sauce
ice

In an ice filled glass, gently mix together the mango nectar, rum, and lime juice. Float the Mango Habanero Pepper Sauce on top and sip to please.
