1 9 oz. jar Vanilla Bean Caramel Elixir
1/2 cup brown sugar, loosely packed
2 large eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour +
12 oz. Righteous Cacao Caramel Raw Chocolate (Lucuma & Cacao), roughly chopped (about 5 bars)
Using a stand or hand-held mixer, cream together the butter, caramel elixir, brown sugar, and eggs until light and creamy. Add the baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.

When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 370 degrees.
Form the cookie dough into 1″ balls and flatten into dough patties.
Space evenly apart onto parchment lined cookie sheets.
Bake for 13-15 minutes, until puffy and just beginning to brown.
Remove from the oven and cool for 15 minutes, or so, before biting into magical magnificence.
