ANY excuse to spoil Valerina.
She told me she was craving a Crumbl cookie.
I begged her to allow ME to bake for HER.
I desperately needed time in the kitchen.
Remember, the kitchen is my canvas; my meditation; my muse …
AND, I’ve actually heard that my cookies are far superior to “those other” cookies 😉
I hate to toot my own horn 📯 – but I have THE secret ingredient. I use it every time.
Ssshhh…you want to know what it is? 👂🏻
It’s LOVE. 💕 I pour my heart and soul into EVERYTHING I bake and make.
THAT is the key. 😋
White Chocolate Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies: Classic peanut butter cookies (GIANT – the size of your fist, in fact), infused with white chocolate sauce and then frosted with a creamy white chocolate peanut butter swirl and sprinkled with Reese’s White Cream Peanut Butter Cups! 😋🤤😋🤤
White Chocolate Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies
3/4 cup (1 + 1/4 stick) butter, room temperature
1 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup white chocolate sauce
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 tsp. sea salt
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup white chocolate sauce
2 cups Reese’s White Cream Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Beat the butter, sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, white chocolate sauce, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, and salt until smooth and creamy.
Add the flour, 1/2 cup at a time, until thoroughly combined.
Form the cookie dough into 2″ balls and flatten, spacing 2″ apart on a lined cookie sheet. These cookies are BIG! Giant! PERFECT size!
Bake for 12-14 minutes, until starting to brown and are super fragrant.
Remove from the oven and cool for 30 minutes. (They need to be at room temperature before topping with the white chocolate peanut butter swirl).
Meanwhile, in a small pot, over very low heat, melt together the 3/4 cup peanut butter and 1/2 cup white sauce (increase for more “frosting” – I only frosted half the cookies).
Using a rubber spatula, whisk constantly.
“Frost” the cooled cookies.
Sprinkle with chopped Reese’s.
Yum. YUM. YUMMY!!
You absolutely spoiled me with these cookies! They were SO delicious! Thank you for the recipe. I will need to make these to share!
