about

about me

I am passionate about people.  I simply love to bless others.  More than that, I seek to heal others as well.  Whether those blessings or restorations take place through my words, actions, or spirit, my effort and ability to touch others is simply a part of who I am.

I have a way with words.  The written Word is both my inspiration and my favor.  The Word feeds me as I nurture others.

I know food.  My relationship with food is both vast and intimate.  I know the chemistry of food, I know the art of food, and I oh so know the emotion of food.  I adore food and yet I grieve it.  My goal, though, is to respect food for what it is: nourishment.

I pursue health.  Physical, emotional, spiritual well-being is a constant journey and Craving4More.

I am life.  Each day I live and I breathe life.  Each day I wake to serve as a mirror to reflect the light of life onto others – the others who are all Craving4More.

My hope is to entertain, educate, bless and fill your cravings.  May you be truly nourished and full.  Most importantly, though, smile.

I cherish the opportunity to hear from you. Send me a note or PLACE A SPECIAL ORDER.

So many of us constantly gravitate towards things outside of ourselves in an attempt to achieve some sort of satisfaction or even validation – accomplishments and success at work, newer and better houses, cars and clothes, sports/athletic competition wins, food and drink, etc.  We repetitively seek – trying out the latest fitness craze, diet or overindulgence, or even financial “success” plan, hoping to finally find the “answer” to it all – yet, the clock continues to turn and here we are seeking again.  In reality, we will never ever find what our souls truly long for in the external, material, and worldly items presented before us.  This world and all that it is, promises to be only temporary.  Whether we think we are anxious to run the next race or perceive to be hungry for the chocolate cake, desperately hoping for satiation, we are craving for more than that – far more.

We are craving for Life.

In order to satisfy our cravings, we absolutely must seek true nourishment and fulfillment.  Life.

What we feed ourselves in any way shape or form – experiences, relationships, habits, thoughts, food – should fundamentally promote a POSITIVE life. It’s not easy, but it’s REAL. REAL Life.

Positive responses equate to health.  Positive responses equate to a nourished body and soul.

I am not advocating any sort of food, exercise, religious, or financial plan.  I am seeking and sharing a lifestyle of true nourishment and fulfillment.

  5. I’m confused on the butter! Is it 8 tablespoons or is it a cup? A cup is 16 tablespoons as I’m sure you know. I’m sure it’s a typographical error. Thank you
